Privacy policy

• Your email (to sign you in) and, if you sign in with Google, your name and photo from Google.
• Your profile: name, mobile number, date of birth, gender, pickleball level, area, how often you play, and how you heard of us.
• Your bookings and payments: what you booked, when, the amount and payment status. Card and bank details stay with our payment provider.
• What you do in the community: games, crew, clubs, props, chats, and replay clips recorded on Rallies courts.

To run your account and bookings, send you booking and game emails (confirmations, reminders, refunds), let you play with and find other players, keep the community safe, and understand our audience as a whole. We send marketing only if you opt in, and every marketing email has a one-tap unsubscribe.

Other members see your name, photo, level and the props you've received, never your email or phone number. The venue you book sees your name and mobile number for that booking, so they can reach you.

We use trusted providers to run Rallies: HitPay (payments), Google (sign-in and email delivery) and Railway (hosting). We share only combined, anonymous statistics with partners and advertisers. We never sell your personal data.

Replay clips: 48 hours in your account, then a private copy for 3 months (90 days) to pick the weekly Top Plays and for Rallies content (clips chosen for Top Plays, or kept by Rallies, stay until deleted; ask us to remove one of yours). Your account: until you delete it. Booking and payment records: kept for accounting as the law requires, without your name, email or phone once you delete your account.

See and update your details on your profile in the app. Turn marketing emails off from your profile or any marketing email. Delete your account anytime from your profile.

To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or for a clip you appear in to be taken down, email rallies.event@elitez.asiaand we'll reply within 30 days.
