Rallies terms
Booking & cancellation
Rallies is run by Rallies Vision Sports Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202615851C), Singapore (“Rallies”, “we”). Payments for bookings are made to Rallies Vision Sports Pte. Ltd. These terms cover booking courts, paying, cancelling and playing through Rallies. By booking you agree to them, to the venue's house rules (shown on its page) and to our privacy policy.
Booking and paying
You see the total in Singapore dollars before you pay, including any extras and discounts. A booking is confirmed once payment is received; you'll get a confirmation email with the details and a calendar invite. One booking can be up to 4 hours on a court and 8 court-hours in all. A venue may also limit how many hours one player can play there a day (courts booked at the same time count once); its page says so.
You can hold slots free for 10 minutes while you decide. Unpaid bookings are held for a short payment window (shown on the booking), then released for others. If your payment reaches us after a booking was released and the court has gone to someone else, we refund it in full.
Online payments are processed by HitPay (PayNow and cards). We never see or store your card details.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel a paid booking in the app for free until the venue's cutoff before the start, usually 24 hours (each venue shows its cutoff on its page and on your booking). We refund the full amount straight back to the PayNow account or card you paid with, as soon as you cancel. PayNow refunds usually arrive within a day; card refunds take 5 to 10 working days. Refunds are always money back, never credit.
After the cutoff, bookings can't be refunded, but message us: if the slot can be filled we'll try to help. Holds and unpaid bookings can be let go any time.
If a refund can't go back to your original payment (for example, it's more than 30 days after you paid), we'll send it by PayNow transfer instead.
If we have to change or cancel
Sometimes a court has to close (a leak, a fault, an emergency). We'll offer to move you to another court or time, or cancel with a full refund. If a move costs more we'll ask before charging the difference; if it costs less we refund the difference.
Weekly blocks
A weekly block is the same court and time on the days you pick (one or more), every week, from a start date to an end date you choose (4 to 26 weeks). A block starts on a date that isn't open for normal booking yet (the day after the venue's booking window, 14 days ahead unless the venue sets its own), so it gets first pick of those slots. You request it, the venue approves it, and you pay for the whole block in one go within 48 hours of approval, or the weeks are released. Blocks cost the venue's block premium (shown before you request, usually 20%) on top of the normal price, because the slot is kept for you.
Weeks that aren't free when the venue approves are left out and not charged. You can cancel a single week up to the venue's cutoff to free the court for others, but block weeks aren't refunded. If the venue or Rallies has to cancel a week, that week is refunded in full to how you paid.
From 30 days before your last week you can ask to renew the same slot for another block of the same length. Until a week before your last week, nobody else can book that slot. After that it opens to everyone.
Events take priority: now and then a venue is booked for an event. If a block session is cancelled because of an event, we tell you as early as we can and refund that session in full, back to how you paid.
On court
Arrive a few minutes early and finish on time so the next group can start. Follow the venue's house rules and check-in instructions, wear proper court shoes, and leave the court as you found it.
Pickleball is a physical sport. You play at your own risk and are responsible for your own fitness and belongings. Under-18s need a parent or guardian's consent. You're responsible for damage you cause to the venue.
Games, hosts and players
The person who books is the host and can invite players. Any fee a host asks players for is between the host and the players; Rallies only shows it. Players can withdraw from a game page so someone on the waitlist gets the spot.
Community guidelines
Be kind and play fair. No harassment, hate, threats, spam or sharing other people's personal details, on court, in chats or in props. Report anything wrong from the chat, or email us.
We may remove content, mute chats, or suspend accounts that break these guidelines or misuse bookings.
