Booking a court
How do I book?
Join Rallies free, open Courts, pick a venue, tap the hours you want and pay with PayNow or card. You get a confirmation email with a calendar invite.
Can I hold a slot while I check with my friends?
Yes. Tap Hold and the slots are yours for 10 minutes, free. Pay before the timer runs out or they're released.
Can I book the same court every week?
Yes. On a venue's page, tap “Play here every week?” and ask for a 3-month weekly block. The venue confirms it, you pay for the block once, and the slot is yours every week (and kept for you to renew). See weekly blocks.
How do I cancel, and do I get a refund?
Open the booking and tap Cancel. It's free up to the venue's cutoff (usually 24 hours before) and we refund you in full, straight back to how you paid: PayNow usually within a day, cards in 5 to 10 working days. See cancelling and refunds.
I paid but my booking says it was released.
If your payment arrived after the booking timed out, we put the court back if it's still free. If it isn't, we refund you in full and email you. Reply to the email if you have questions.
Where do I find my bookings?
In the app under Courts: upcoming at the top, past and cancelled ones below.
Games and your crew
What's a game?
Every booking is a game you host. Set it up, invite your crew or anyone by email, and share an invite link. Everyone on the game gets their replays and can give props after.
What are props?
After a game, give the people you played with a shout-out (great hands, clutch, good sport…). They show on your profile.
Someone who played isn't on Rallies yet.
Add their email on the game. They get an email to join, and their replays land in their account.
Replays
How do replays work?
On Rallies Vision courts, press the replay button and the last 60 seconds is saved. Everyone on the game can watch it and save it to their phone.
How long are replays kept?
48 hours, to save space, so save the ones you love. Clips picked for the weekly Top Plays are kept. More in replays & your content.
Can I get a clip of me taken down?
Yes. Email rallies.event@elitez.asia with the link and we'll take it down.
Your account
Do I need a Google account?
No. Sign in with Google, or with a one-time link sent to any email address.
Who can see my email and phone?
Other players never can. The venue you book sees your name and mobile for that booking. See our privacy policy.
How do I stop marketing emails or delete my account?
Both are on your profile in the app. Every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link.
